There will be a drive-thru testing site in each of the five boroughs. The Staten Island site, located at South Beach Psychiatric Center (corner of Fr. Capodanno Blvd. and Seaview Avenue), opened Thursday March 19 by appointment only.
While testing is open to all, you must first be screened to be referred for an appointment.
