We need to reopen Staten Island’s economy now. If Staten Island’s county-specific data was separated from the rest of New York City, it would have met all the state’s criteria and been included in the first phase of reopening.

There’s no reason to wait. The state needs to use commonsense and change the criteria to allow Staten Island businesses to get back to work. Enough is enough.
